Role: As an HR Consultant for the FD People team, my role is to guide and support our clients through all aspects of the employee life cycle. I am there for them as a knowledgeable and friendly resource that can be used in place of an internal HR function or to assist their HR team in ensuring they are compliant and effective.
Experience: I have worked in an HR advisory role since finishing university in 2017 and have solely been in working in HR consultancy for the past 3 years. Over the years I have supported a wide range of business and have worked in large multinational corporations and smaller family-owned businesses and so have a vast knowledge of varying HR issues.
Qualifications: I graduated with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management and Business Studies from University of Stirling in 2017. I am also CIPD qualified with a Level 7 Advanced Award in Employment Law, and am currently continuing my professional development by studying towards a Masters in Human Resources Management.
Career Passion: I believe it is imperative to build a strong working relationship between consultant and client in order to establish how best to advise and support the business. HR can have such a positive effect on the running on a business and I am passionate about supporting clients in ensuring their practices benefit them and their employees.
