Role: As an HR Consultant for FD People, I specialise in providing hands on advice and support across the employment life cycle to a range of organisations. I enjoy the variety of work that my role brings and find it very rewarding to advise clients on people related issues.
Experience: I have 4 years of experience in HR. I started my career in an internal HR role for a global financial services company before joining FD in 2019. I have diverse experience across the employment life cycle which I use to support our clients.
Qualifications: I hold an Honours degree in Human Resource Management and Spanish, and graduated with a MSc in Human Resource Management (with Distinction) in 2022. I am currently studying towards becoming an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
Career Passion: I am passionate about the value of HR in a rapidly changing world of work, and I enjoy supporting clients with HR projects and working with them to implement new policies and procedures in a way that is best suited to their business.
